Pregnancy is often framed as a beautiful and transformative experience, yet many aspects of the first trimester remain medically and socially overlooked. While some of the most critical stages of fetal development occur during the earliest weeks of pregnancy, many women in the United States are not seen by an OB/GYN until around eight weeks. At the same time, social stigma surrounding early pregnancy announcements often leaves first-time mothers navigating uncertainty, anxiety, and isolation in silence. The lack of accessible and reassuring information frequently leads women to search online forums, social media, and AI tools in an attempt to fill gaps in knowledge before receiving professional care. This project addresses the emotional uncertainties of the first trimester through a dual-sided guided workbook designed to support first-time mothers during the early weeks of pregnancy.
